1. 关于这些条款
本条款适用于 Redd Walks 网站（reddwalks.com）、移动应用及语音步行导览的使用。使用 Redd Walks 即表示你同意这些条款。如不同意，请勿使用本服务。
2. 你的账户
你可以使用电子邮箱浏览导览并购买通行证。你需自行保管购买时所用邮箱的访问权限，因为它标识你的购买记录。购买通行证须年满16岁。
3. 通行证与支付
Redd Walks 提供一次性通行证：免费通行证（每条导览首个站点）、一日通行证（€9,99）和月度通行证（€14,99）, 团体通行证（€19,99）。通行证有效期至下一个日历日结束（一日通行证）或自购买起30天（月度通行证和团体通行证），以马德里时间为准。支付由 Stripe 处理；我们绝不存储你的银行卡信息。通行证仅限本人使用且不可转让，所有销售均为最终销售——除非欧盟消费者法律赋予你退款权利。
4. 合理使用
请勿与他人共享通行证或账户、转售访问权限、抓取或再分发导览内容或音频，或以损害本服务或其他用户的方式使用。导览内容受版权保护，归 Redd Walks 所有。
5. 人工智能与内容
Redd Walks tour content — scripts, translations, narration audio, and images — is created with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools, guided and reviewed by our team, and based on public research sources. We use AI so that every tour is available in eight languages at the same quality standard, including languages that are often overlooked. AI systems can make mistakes: content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or change as landmarks, routes, and openings change. We work to keep tours accurate and up to date, but you should not rely on tour content as official, professional, or safety-critical guidance. Where local law requires a specific AI disclosure, that law's requirements take precedence, and nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
6. 导览与安全
